My business, Wright English, offers two services designed especially for cartoonists, and illustrators.
Firstly, I can offer you private online English lessons to help you improve your English language skills. This will help you write dialog, and to communicate with clients, writers, publishers, and social media audiences. If you would like to try this out you can book a free private lesson for 60 minutes where we will get to know each other, and make a plan designed to help you learn quickly and effectively. With this service you can improve your English skills to promote your own work without ongoing support.
Secondly, I offer professional proofreading services for illustrators and cartoonists. My clients email me any tect they plan to use in English, and a small description of the situation. I check for grammar and spelling mistakes and any areas where the meaning is not clear, make suggested changes, and email it back. It’s that simple. Some clients email each comic they would like to be checked for uploading to Instagram every day. Other clients who plan to release graphic novels, or other promotional materials in English, send me the final script, and I highlight and recommend changes and email it back.
