What The Fluff Wednesday: What Happened to Social Media?

It’s not really a funny one this week - it’s just honest and sad from my personal point of view.

What am I talking About?

Facebook is somewhere I post for my business but don’t very often use personally anymore, because everything my timeline presents to me (and the comments) appears to only be about making people of a different ethnicity fight with each other.

I haven’t used Twitter (or X) since 2014 because of how toxic it already was. It’s only worse now, but is also primarily a “certain group of people” angrily shouting about everyone else.

Instagram just seems to be doing its own thing that’s unrelated to everything else. Mostly that thing is about money!

Bluesky, in my experience, is mostly people with different opinions and backgrounds talking to each other, sharing information, and coming together.

What do you think?
